Welcome to the Kisan Café Jeevan Samriddhi System (KCJSS) — a Health Growth & Life Transformation System created to empower individuals through Ayurveda, wellness, mindset training, and structured earning opportunities.

By joining KCJSS, you agree to follow all the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Joining

To become a member of KCJSS, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide true and verifiable personal information
• Have a valid mobile number
• Pay ₹1500 contribution (joining fee = ₹0 because products worth ₹1500 are provided)
• Agree to all company guidelines and ethical rules

2. Member Responsibilities

2.1 Mentorship & Support

Every member must guide and support the 10 people they introduce.

KCJSS is based on a “Family Growth System”, not just a network. Members must:

• Guide and support the 10 people they introduce
• Attend training programs
• Maintain positive communication
• Help their team learn about health, Ayurveda, mindset & Kisan Café values

3. Activity & Repurchase Rule (Very Important)

To remain Active and enjoy all benefits of KCJSS:

✔ A member MUST make at least ONE repurchase within every 90 days.

• No compulsion on product type
• No compulsion on product amount
• Any single product from Kisan Café E-Cart is acceptable
• Repurchase is required only for eligibility — not for joining

Benefits available ONLY to Active Members:

• Commission
• Rewards
• Rank promotions
• Bonuses
• Special offers
• Training access
• Event eligibility

If no repurchase is done within 90 days:

• Account becomes Inactive
• All benefits are paused
• Team growth privileges freeze
• Commission flow stops
• The ID may be removed from the active genealogy
• Members can reactivate anytime by making a repurchase

4. Ethical & Professional Conduct

• Follow respectful communication
• Maintain discipline in groups
• Share correct product information
• Build a healthy, supportive community culture
• Use only official Kisan Café promotional material
• Never misuse team data

5. Prohibited Activities

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• ❌ Making false income promises
• ❌ Creating duplicate IDs
• ❌ Spreading negativity or policy criticism
• ❌ Promoting other companies inside KCJSS
• ❌ Misusing WhatsApp groups or team data
• ❌ Misrepresenting Kisan Café
• ❌ Using abusive or misleading language
• ❌ Trying to manipulate the system structure
• ❌ Forcing team members to buy unnecessary products

Violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

6. Termination Policy

Kisan Café may terminate or suspend a member if:

• They fail to maintain 90-day activity
• They engage in misconduct or fraud
• They promote other companies using KCJSS connections
• They insult, abuse, or harass any member
• They leak internal information
• They violate moral or legal guidelines
• They misuse the company brand name
• They knowingly spread misinformation

Termination results in:

• Loss of all benefits
• No claim of previous commission
• No restoration of genealogy position

7. Use of Personal Data

By joining KCJSS, you allow us to:

• Store your basic information
• Share your details only with your upline/downline for support
• Use your contact for updates, training, offers & notifications

We do NOT sell or misuse your data.

8. No Earnings Guarantee

The Kisan Café JSS earnings depend on:

• Your effort
• Your mentorship
• Your discipline
• Your repurchase activity
• Team support
• Product knowledge

Company does NOT guarantee earnings without effort.

9. Product Usage Disclaimer

Kisan Café products are Ayurvedic and wellness-based. They are not substitutes for medical treatment. Results may vary from person to person.

10. Amendments

Kisan Café reserves the right to modify, update, or change policies anytime for:

• System improvement
• Legal compliance
• Member protection
• Quality enhancement

Members will be notified through official channels.
